                             RESOLUTION NO. 19288
        
              
              
              A RESOLUTION RATIFYING, CONFIRMING AND APPROVING 
              EXECUTION BY THE MAYOR OF AMENDMENT NO. 9 TO A 
              UDAG GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES 
              DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND 
              THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, UDAG GRANT NO. 
              B-82-AA-47-0030, RELATIVE TO THE WAREHOUSE ROW 
              PROJECT AND RATIFYING, CONFIRMING AND APPROVING 
              THE EXECUTION BY THE MAYOR OF ALL DOCUMENTS 
              NECESSARY TO CONSUMMATE THE TRANSACTIONS 
              CONTEMPLATED THEREIN.

        	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
        CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the execution by the Mayor of 
        Amendment No. 9 to a UDAG Grant Agreement by and between the 
        United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and 
        the City of Chattanooga, Tennessee, UDAG Grant No. B-82-AA-47- 
        0030, relative to Urban Development Action Grant Loans for the 
        Warehouse Row Project be and is hereby ratified, confirmed and 
        approved.  A copy of Amendment No. 9 to the UDAG Grant 
        Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by 
        reference.
        	   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the execution by the 
        Mayor of all documents necessary to consummate the Urban 
        Development Action Grant Loans contemplated therein be and is 
        hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
